Dillon worked for MD Global Partners, LLC, as Vice President of Special Situations from May 2011 to May 2013. This boutique investment firm offers advisory services on acquisitions and mergers, structured debt, and public equity, among other types of investments.

GenCap Management is a New York-based investment firm that specializes in late-stage pre-IPO opportunities and global equity long and short positions.

Throughout his career, he has invested in over 100 companies and continues to do so. Furthermore, he continues to trade actively in the markets.
